Eight fighters ranked in the Top 5 of their respective weight classes — as voted on by a panel of media experts — will grace the Squared Circle on Saturday at the legendary Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL, LIVE worldwide on DAZN.
x Christine “Misfit” Ferea is the reigning BKFC World Women’s Flyweight Champion. Ferea is 9-1 on the strength of seven straight victories. She is preparing for her record fifth BKFC title defense. Ferea is tied with Britain Hart for the most victories among female fighters in BKFC history, with nine, and she is first all time for stoppage victories by a female fighter, with six. Her seven-fight winning streak is the longest winning streak that a female fighter has ever had in BKFC history. She holds victories over Jennifer Tate, Hart (two), Calie Cutler, Calista Silgado, Taylor Starling, Bec Rawlings (two) and Jade Masson-Wong. She defends her title against the unbeaten Christine Vicens.
x Christine “La Abusadora” Vicens is the No. 2 contender in the BKFC women’s flyweight division. Vicens is undefeated in her first three BKFC bouts, with two of those wins coming by finish. She holds victories over the former BKFC World Women’s Flyweight Championship challenger Masson-Wong, Jocelyn Lybarger and Melanie Shah.
x Jared “Captain Deadpool” Warren is the reigning BKFC World Light-Heavyweight Champion. He is 7-2, 1 NC with five stoppage victories in his BKFC career, and unbeaten in his last five trips to the Squared Circle. He holds victories over Brian Maxwell, Zion Tomlinson, Scott O’Shaughnessy, John Michael Escoboza (two), Jay Jackson and Danny Christie. He defends his title for the first time against Mike Richman.
x Mike “The Marine” Richman is the No. 3 contender in the BKFC light-heavyweight division. Richman is the former BKFC World Light-Heavyweight Champion and boasts a 6-2 record under the BKFC banner, with all of his wins coming by stoppage. He holds victories over Marcel Stamps, Dakota Cochrane, David Rickels, Isaac Doolittle and Erick Lozano. His lone losses came in BKFC World Championship bouts against David Mundell and Lorenzo Hunt.
x Leonardo “El Zambo” Perdomo is the No. 2 contender in the BKFC heavyweight division. He is 5-0, with all of his wins coming via first-round finish. He holds victories over Joseph White, Paul Shough, Bobby Brents, Leo Bercier and Steve Banks. He takes on Levi “Pitbull” Costa (2-2, 1 KO).
x Bryan “El Gallo” Duran is the No. 2 contender in the BKFC featherweight division. Duran is 6-1, with all of his wins coming via stoppage. He holds victories over Glendel Futrell, Braeden Tovey, Kobe Bowen, Gilberto Aguilar, Dakota Highpine and former BKFC World Featherweight Championship challenger Louis Lopez.
