David Mundell’s first international business trip couldn’t have gone any better.
On Saturday at BKFC on DAZN: Spain, the Oldsmar, FL product successfully defended his BKFC World Middleweight Championship for the third time at the sold-out Marbella Arena in Marbella, Spain.
Mundell was honored to take center stage in BKFC’s hugely anticipated debut in Spain, LIVE worldwide on DAZN.
“The whole experience was amazing,” says Mundell, who upped his BKFC record to 9-1 with a seventh straight victory over Danny Christie in Marbella.
“Beautiful weather, beautiful people, the food was delicious. Everything was amazing. It was a dream trip, that’s for sure.”
Mundell solidified his status as the No. 1 fighter on the BKFC Men’s Pound-for-Pound Rankings on Saturday. Next in his sights is the biggest draw in bare knuckle fighting – BKFC King of Violence “Platinum” Mike Perry.
Mundell’s prediction for a possible 2025 showdown with Perry is simple
“I’d 100-percent knock him the (expletive) out,” he says. “There’s no doubt in my mind about it.”
