The two best lightweights in bare knuckle fighting – Tony “Loco” Soto and Franco Tenaglia – throw down for the vacant BKFC World Lightweight Title on Saturday in the Main Event of BKFC on DAZN: Spain at the iconic Marbella Arena.
Soto is undefeated in his first six trips to the Squared Circle, while Tenaglia is keen on smashing his way to 4-0 in his home country of Spain.
We asked some of BKFC’s most savvy fighters who they’re picking in Saturday’s can’t-miss Main Event, LIVE on DAZN.
Zach “Shark Attack” Calmus: Tony Soto is a world-class athlete with a champion’s mindset; I don’t see him losing this fight. The belt is what Tony has been working for since he started his career. BKFC Tony has been a monster.
Ramiro Figueroa: This is a tough one to call since both are great fighters. However, I sense an upset in this one and believe Franco will pull it off.
Wanya “The Rated R Superstar” Reid: Tenaglia is a rough, tough guy and seems to be very strong. He’s a beast right now, but I want Soto to win this. Soto seems to be a bit more technical and has a better punch output, so I’ve got Soto for the win.
Esteban “Mohawk” Rodriguez: Soto by KO in later rounds, by immense pressure.
Gabrielle”Jersey’s Warrior Princess” Roman: I’m going with Tenaglia.
Zeb “CWB” Vincent: I’m picking Franco. Soto thought Coltrane was going to KO me – boy was he (expletive) wrong!
Ruben “Bad Boy” Warr: I think Soto is going to get beat up. He swings from the hip and doesn’t bring his hands up. I think Tenaglia has some power. Should be a dog fight.
