BYB made its UK debut on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at the Indigo at the O2 in London.
Canton, Ohio’s hard-hitting Seth “The Body Snatcher” Shaffer defeated Mexico City’s Carlos “Diamante” Guerra to win the inaugural BYB Welterweight championship and Police Gazette World Diamond belt with a 2nd round knockout over his bloodied opponent.
In the co-main event, Omaha, Nebraska’s Jozette “#1 Head Busta” Cotton defeated Boca Raton’s Miranda “SheHulk” Barber by unanimous decision after 7 rounds to win the inaugural BYB Super Welterweight championship and Police Gazette World Diamond belt. Cotton is the first-ever female to be crowned bare knuckle champion in UK history.
In the evening’s fight of the night, 19-year-old Harvey “Bam Bam” Dossett put on a show in his bare knuckle debut against “Triple J” Jonny Jones. The slugfest saw Jones come away with a split decision.
Ionel Levichi knocked out JD Burns to score the KO of the night and a first-round victory over the Berzerker.
Sonya Dreiling and Jamie Driver made history, becoming the first women to compete professionally in bare knuckle in the UK with driver earning the split decision after 5.
A high-intensity battle between LT Nelson and Nathan Decastro ended with a doctor’s stoppage in the 4th.
BYB’s Robert Serna scored a 2nd round KO with a vicious body shot to BKB’s Jack McLean.
