Carlos Trinidad-Snake has only one item on his Christmas wish list.
After smashing his way to 6-0 on Saturday at BKFC on DAZN: Montana, Trinidad-Snake won’t be happy unless Santa brings him a bout agreement to battle BKFC World Welterweight Champion Austin “No Doubt” Trout.
“I’m ready for the next step, and I see myself taking that belt,” Trinidad-Snake says after his third-round stoppage victory over Zach Juusola at the sold-out First Interstate Arena in Billings, MT on Saturday, LIVE worldwide on DAZN.
“I’m 6-0 and I don’t see anybody else in my division with that kind of record who’s fighting and stopping ranked fighters like I am.”
The 28-year-old Omaha, NE welterweight contender would prefer to let his fists do the talking, but he does have a message for the unbeaten Trout.
“I’m coming for the belt in 2025, and I’m going to take it,” he says.
“I’m going to finish you like the rest of my opponents. You don’t have anything for me; you’re not slick, you’re an old man. I’m young, I’m fresh, and I’m going to be the new champion in the division.”
