Marcus “Bad Intentions” Edwards always lives up to his nickname in the BKFC Squared Circle.
The reason for that is simple.
“Bare knuckle fighting is a perfect fit for my fighting style,” the unbeaten Edwards says. “I love to throw hands, be aggressive and just stand in there and bang.”
Edwards has carved out an impressive start in his BKFC career, improving to 3-0 in his most recent fight against Pat Casey at BKFC 67 at the sold-out Denver Coliseum in Edwards’ hometown of Denver, CO.
Edwards agrees that 3-0 is an important milestone in the world of bare knuckle fighting, but the former MMA fighter says that this is just the beginning. Edwards already sees himself as the top dog in the stacked BKFC middleweight division.
“My goals are just to fight as frequently as possible, and I want the belt,” he says.
“I want to reign atop my division for a long time because a lot of doors open when you have the belt. I already see myself as the champ. I don’t think anyone in my weight class will be able to handle my speed, my explosiveness, my power, and the way that I fight.”
